How to Lose 15 Kilos in 15 Days?

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 500 ml milk or yogurt, 2 cucumbers, 1 apple and unsweetened fruit juice
Dinner: 1 slice of bread, 125 cooked red meat or chicken, 1 apple 1 cup unsweetened tea
Lunch: 1 slice of bread, 125 grams low-fat cheese and 1 tomato
Dinner: 2 tomatoes, 125 cooked red meat or chicken, 1 apple and 1 slice bread
Lunch: 200 gr fish, 1 tomato, 1 slice of bread
Dinner: 500 gr cooked vegetables (carrots, potatoes or peas), 100 gr cheese and 1 tomato
