Although your logic says “Ok, I will get rid of my overweight, I will start a healthy life.”, your inner sound resists by saying “I will never succeed, I will try for nothing.” We are always defeated because our inner sounds is influential.
You must keep your motivation high in order to get rid of this cycle.
